I will tell about the time i have to put into it and everything we do day to day. I will go over time management and how i keep up on school work . I have to do 6 hours of study hall, 2 hours of strengthing, 1 hour of cardio, and a total of 8 hours of practice during the week. Cheerleading is not consider a sport at ODU; however, it is a tradition and we are considered athletes. (approved for "Cheerleading")

Both positions entail a lot of work; however, eventually both will pay off.
